These are the standard Monster Cleaning Epsom prices, and they are the same in Ashtead and up on the Downs as they are in the town centre. They are not a teaser rate and they do not go up when we arrive. If a job is unusual we will say so before we book it rather than on the doorstep.

That is the whole property: kitchen units inside and out, the oven, bathrooms and limescale, skirtings, doors, and the floors last. It is fixed against the size of the property rather than the hours we spend in it. If the inventory clerk queries something we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we come back free. Carpets and a badly neglected oven are the two things priced on top, and we would raise either on the phone rather than on the day. More on the end of tenancy page.

Hot water extraction, walkable in about two hours and dry right through in four or five. A through lounge counts as one space rather than two rooms, and a staircase that turns halfway up is still one flight. The rinse is acidified because the water here is chalk hard, and the method and drying times are on the carpet page.

Priced per appliance, with the racks and trays taken out to a heated tank in the van and the cavity, the door glass and the seals finished by hand in your kitchen. A double oven is one appliance rather than two, and a built-in single with a grill compartment inside it is still a single. See the oven page for what we do and do not take on.

A three hour weekly clean is £66 and four hours is £88. No call-out charge, no VAT on top. Ironing is £12 an hour if you want it, and it comes out of the hours you have booked. The regular cleaning page sets out what each length of visit realistically gets through.
One off deep clean
A different job from the weekly visit, and a team one: £26 per cleaner per hour, minimum two cleaners for three hours, plus £30 for equipment and detergents. That puts the realistic minimum at £186. Three cleaners for three hours is £264. The rest of the arithmetic is on the deep clean page.
Minimum charge
£67 on one off work. It rarely applies, because most jobs clear it, but a single carpet room on its own would hit it. Regular hourly cleaning is exempt.
What is not in these figures
Parking, where a street or a car park charges for it. The Ashley Centre multi-storey runs on number plate recognition at around £2.50 an hour, with evening parking capped at £5 after 5.30pm, so a late slot for a town centre flat saves you a few pounds. Outside windows, gutters and anything wanting a proper ladder are not ours at any price.

Across Epsom and out to Ewell, Stoneleigh, West Ewell, Tattenham Corner, Langley Vale and Ashtead. There is no travel charge and no village surcharge, so the figures above are the figures wherever your house is. Is VAT added on top of these prices?
No. The figures on this page are what you pay. There is no call-out charge and no VAT added at the end.
When do I pay, and how?
On completion, by bank transfer or cash. We do not take a deposit for domestic work. The full booking, cancellation and liability terms are on the terms page.
Can the price change once you see the property?
Only where the job is materially different from what you described, and then we tell you before starting rather than after. On an end of tenancy clean the fixed price holds for normal living wear; carpets and a badly neglected oven are the two things quoted on top.
What is the cheapest job you will come out for?
£67, which is the minimum on any one off work. A single oven at £77 clears it on its own, and so do two carpeted rooms. Regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning has no minimum, though under two hours a visit rarely gets a house anywhere.
